This is a label variant of both The Kinks - Tired Of Waiting For You and The Kinks - Tired Of Waiting For You.
On both sides, there are subtle differences in the vertical alignment of the text groups on the left and right sides of the centre. The clearest example is the "b" in "by" beneath the "S" in "KINKS": In the current submissions, "b" is almost centered under "K"; in this submission, it has clearly slipped to the left.

WKNR Keener 13 (Detroit area radio station that served as the national test market station, meaning they were first and everyone else followed) went with this side, and it was an impressive #7 there in short order. Arguably one of the Kinks' three finest moments overall.
