You need to see the movie this if from, it was way ahead of it's time. "Wild in the Streets" 1969. Like "Network" and a few other movies like "Soylent Green" and "Rollerball" it predicted some of the social breakdown and elites running everything that has happened since then. It's a weird, killer movie. It was one of MGM's 'Midnite Movie' collection in the video stores, and that was the first time I ever got to see it about 10 years ago.
